Window prices are for standard screens
Double-hung, casement, pull-pin and other non-standard window screens are priced differently. Your tech will quote them by phone or on-site. Not sure what you have? Send us a photo.
$145 minimum for mobile service
We bring the workshop to you and finish on-site, usually in one visit.

No time limit on our workmanship
If something we built or installed isn't right because of our work, we'll come back and fix it at no charge, with no time limit. If we can't make it right, we'll refund what you paid for that item.
Screens are made fine so they stay see-through, so the promise covers our workmanship and the parts we supply, not damage our work didn't cause. Holes, pets, kids, weather, accidents, normal wear, products installed by others, and changes of mind about a color, mesh or style you approved are normal repairs at our posted prices.
Agent Questions
Can you work from the inspection report?
Yes. Send us the screen items, or the whole report, and photos if you have them. We quote what we can from the list, and your tech confirms anything else at the house.
Do you offer agent discounts?
No. Everyone pays the same posted prices, which you can see before you call, so you can share them with your sellers and buyers.
How soon can you get to a listing?
We'll call you back within 1 business day. Most visits are booked within two weeks, often sooner in winter. Book as soon as you have the list, so the work is done well before closing.
Does someone need to be at the house?
Someone has to let your tech in. Tell us who to coordinate with, whether that is you, the seller or a tenant.
What if some windows have no screens at all?
We build new screens to fit at the house. A new standard window screen is $55; double-hung, casement, pull-pin and other non-standard window screens are quoted by your tech.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, a visit has a $145 minimum, so it pays to put every screen on the list into one visit.
