Window & Door Screen Repair in Spring Valley
We cover Spring Valley's two ZIP codes, 91977 and 91978, including Casa de Oro, La Presa, the Sweetwater Springs area and Rancho San Diego. It's warmer and drier here than near the coast, and sliding screen doors show up in more of our Spring Valley jobs than window screens do.

Local know-how
Screens in Spring Valley: what we see
Patio doors take the beating
In homes with kids and dogs running in and out, the patio screen door wears out first. A rescreen is $95 at any size; pet-resistant mesh adds $40 and stands up to claws far longer.
Heat on the hills
Summer afternoons are hot, especially on the hillsides. Solar mesh on west-facing windows blocks up to 90% of solar heat (manufacturer rating), and it lets you keep windows open longer.
Gates, slopes and dogs
Some Spring Valley homes sit on hillsides or behind long driveways. Mention gates, steep access or dogs in the yard when you book so the tech can plan the visit.
Ranch houses in Casa de Oro and La Presa
Many homes in Casa de Oro and La Presa are older single-story ranch houses whose aluminum window screens have faded and bent in the sun. Straight frames get fresh mesh; bent ones get rebuilt in the van.

FAQ
Spring Valley questions
Spring Valley isn't a city. Is it in your service area?
Yes. Spring Valley is unincorporated San Diego County, and we cover all of it.
My dog keeps pushing through the slider screen. What should I do?
Switch to pet-resistant mesh, which the maker rates at about seven times stronger than standard fiberglass. If the dog needs to come and go on its own, ask about a pet door in the screen door; that's quoted on site.
Do you serve Rancho San Diego and Jamul?
Yes. Rancho San Diego is covered with Spring Valley and El Cajon, and Jamul (91935) is in our area as well.
