Window & Door Screen Repair in Central San Diego
This page covers the central San Diego neighborhoods without a page of their own: Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Valley, Carmel Valley, Scripps Ranch and Tierrasanta, plus University City and Linda Vista. It's our busiest region, and it runs from salt-air beach cottages on the peninsula to inland family neighborhoods with big sliding patio doors.

Towns we cover
Where we work in Central San Diego
Point Loma
ZIP 92106
Point Loma (92106) includes Roseville, La Playa, Fleetridge, Loma Portal, Liberty Station and the Wooded Area. With water on several sides, salt air reaches almost every street, so frames and door rollers corrode faster than they do inland.
Ocean Beach
ZIP 92107
Ocean Beach and Sunset Cliffs share 92107 with Point Loma Heights. Small beach cottages with odd-size windows and sandy sliding-door tracks are typical, and we build each screen to its opening on site.
Mission Valley
ZIP 92108
Mission Valley is mostly condos and apartments along the river, so most jobs are patio and balcony slider screens. Let us know about parking, gate codes and elevators when you book.
Carmel Valley
ZIP 92130
Carmel Valley, Torrey Hills and Pacific Highlands Ranch (92130) are master-planned neighborhoods built mostly from the late 1980s on, with associations and large sliding patio doors. A few miles from the coast, they get the morning marine layer and the afternoon sun.
Scripps Ranch
ZIP 92131
Scripps Ranch homes sit among eucalyptus around Lake Miramar, many backing onto canyon open space. Bigger homes mean more screens per visit, and solar mesh helps on the sunny side of the house.
Tierrasanta
ZIP 92124
Tierrasanta is bordered by Mission Trails Regional Park on several sides. Most homes date from the 1970s and '80s, many in association communities, and the canyon-edge lots make well-fitted screens worth having.
Also nearby
University City
ZIP 92122
University City (UTC) mixes single-family homes from the 1960s and '70s with newer condos and apartments. Original patio sliders and window screens on the older houses are a common fix.
Linda Vista, Serra Mesa & Kearny Mesa
ZIP 92111, 92123
Linda Vista, Serra Mesa and Kearny Mesa (92111 and 92123) are mostly mid-century single-family homes on the mesas, a short drive from our Clairemont office.

FAQ
Central San Diego questions
My OB cottage has tiny windows in odd sizes. Is that a problem?
No. Standard-style window screens are priced per screen, not by size, and we build each one to its opening. Very large or specialty screens are quoted by the tech.
Do you work in Mission Valley condo complexes?
Yes, for individual owners and for associations. If your HOA wants a whole building done, call us and we'll talk it through.
Do you cover Kearny Mesa and Serra Mesa?
Yes. They're listed with Linda Vista on this page.
