Window & Door Screen Repair in Clairemont

Most houses here went up in the post-war building boom of the 1950s and '60s, so much of our work is rescreening aluminum window frames from that era and replacing tired sliding screen doors.

Frames from the original windows
Plenty of Clairemont houses still have the aluminum windows they were built with. The screens that go with them are often bent from years of being pulled out for cleaning, or the groove that holds the spline has worn smooth. A straight frame gets new mesh; a bent one gets a new frame built to your opening in the van.
Canyon-rim lots
Tecolote Canyon and San Clemente Canyon cut through the neighborhood, and the homes on their rims open straight onto brush. A screen that sits tight in its frame and a patio door that latches properly matter more there than on a street in the middle of the mesa.

Being a few minutes away doesn't change how we work: we don't take screens in at the office. Everything is measured, built and installed at your home, and the $145 mobile minimum applies on every visit.

Clairemont questions
Can I drop my screens off at your Clairemont office?
No. We stopped taking drop-offs in August 2026, so every job is done at your home with the tools and materials in our van. The $145 minimum applies, and most Clairemont jobs come in above it anyway.
Do you cover Bay Ho and Bay Park?
Yes. Bay Ho is part of 92117 and Bay Park (92110) is right next door; the same tech covers both along with the rest of Clairemont.
My windows are odd sizes. Do you have to order the screens?
No. We cut and assemble the frame on site to the size of each opening, so nothing is ordered. A new standard-style screen is $55, and rescreening a frame that's still straight is $45.
