Where we work in East County
El Cajon
ZIP 92019, 92020, 92021
El Cajon is our busiest East County city, from Fletcher Hills and Granite Hills to Bostonia and the streets toward Rancho San Diego. Valley summers are hot, and the west-facing windows take the most sun.
Santee
ZIP 92071
Santee's neighborhoods, Carlton Hills and Carlton Oaks among them, are mostly family homes whose patio sliders see heavy use from kids and pets. Pet-resistant mesh adds $40 to a door and lasts far longer against claws.
Lakeside
ZIP 92040
Lakeside, from the Lindo Lake area to Eucalyptus Hills and Winter Gardens, has larger lots, horse properties and hot, dusty summers. Dust and sun wear mesh out faster, so it pays to look your screens over every spring.
Lemon Grove
ZIP 91945
Lemon Grove is a small city of mostly mid-century single-family homes between La Mesa and Spring Valley, many with aluminum windows from that era. Standard-style screens for them are $45 to rescreen or $55 new.
Alpine
ZIP 91901
Alpine, in the foothills along I-8, is the eastern edge of our service area; addresses farther east are outside it. Homes sit on bigger, sunnier lots at higher elevation, where solar mesh and sturdy doors make sense.
Also nearby
Del Cerro, Allied Gardens & San Carlos
ZIP 92119, 92120
Del Cerro, Allied Gardens and San Carlos sit between Mission Trails Regional Park and Lake Murray. Most homes were built in the 1950s and '60s, and they're one of the busiest corners of East County for us.

FAQ
East County questions
Should every window get solar mesh?
No. Put it where the sun hits, usually the south and west sides. North-facing windows stay brighter with standard mesh, and solar mesh adds $20 per window.
Do you go as far as Alpine?
Yes. Alpine is the eastern edge of our area; anything east of it is outside.
My screen door slams and won't latch. Fix it or replace it?
If the frame is bent or the hinges have pulled loose, a new swinging screen door with hardware is $599 installed. If only the mesh is torn, the tech can quote a rescreen instead.
