Window prices are for standard screens
Double-hung, casement, pull-pin and other non-standard window screens are priced differently. Your tech will quote them by phone or on-site. Not sure what you have? Send us a photo.
$145 minimum for mobile service
We bring the workshop to you and finish on-site, usually in one visit.

No time limit on our workmanship
If something we built or installed isn't right because of our work, we'll come back and fix it at no charge, with no time limit. If we can't make it right, we'll refund what you paid for that item.
Screens are made fine so they stay see-through, so the promise covers our workmanship and the parts we supply, not damage our work didn't cause. Holes, pets, kids, weather, accidents, normal wear, products installed by others, and changes of mind about a color, mesh or style you approved are normal repairs at our posted prices.
Property Manager Questions
Do you offer volume discounts for property managers?
No. You pay the same posted prices as every customer, and you can see them all before you call. Grouping several screens or units into one visit is what saves money, because each visit has a $145 minimum. Community-wide HOA contracts are quoted separately; see our HOA page.
Can you work with our tenants?
Yes. Tell us who to contact for access, and the tech for that area sets the time with them or with you.
Can you price a job from photos?
Usually, for standard window screens and sliding screen doors. Send photos and the address by text. Double-hung, casement, pull-pin and other non-standard window screens, and anything unusual, are priced by your tech on-site.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.
How do we pay?
Your tech sends an invoice when the work is done. We take card, check, ACH and the usual payment apps, with no card fee.
How soon can you get to a unit?
We'll call you back within 1 business day. Most visits are booked within two weeks, often sooner in winter.
