These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sandiegomobilescreens.com and the services provided by San Diego Mobile Screens ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
San Diego Mobile Screens provides mobile screen repair, rescreening, and installation services throughout San Diego County. Our services include but are not limited to: window screen repair and replacement, sliding screen door repair and replacement, retractable screen door installation, security screen door installation, swinging screen door installation, custom screen rooms, and drop shade and awning installation. We are a mobile service and come to your location to perform all work.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates provided over the phone or through our website are based on the information you provide and standard sizing. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service after our technician inspects the work to be done. Prices listed on our website represent starting prices for standard-size screens with standard fiberglass mesh. Oversized screens, specialty mesh types, and non-standard installations may be priced differently. We will always confirm the final price with you before beginning any work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed through Square. For larger projects, we may issue an invoice with net-30 payment terms at our discretion. A service that has been completed is considered billable regardless of payment method or timing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the communicated time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by calling (619) 660-0072. We understand things come up and do not charge cancellation fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our installation or repair, contact us within 30 days and we will return to make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship and does not cover damage caused by pets, weather events, accidents, or normal wear and tear after installation.
Warranty
All screen installations and rescreens include a workmanship warranty. If mesh comes loose from the frame, rollers fail, or any installation defect appears under normal use, we will repair or replace the affected screen at no cost. Warranty does not cover damage from pets, physical impact, severe weather, or improper handling. Retractable screen doors carry the manufacturer's warranty, details of which are provided at installation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, San Diego Mobile Screens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
SMS Messaging Program
Program name: San Diego Mobile Screens Customer Messaging.
Description: By providing your mobile phone number through our website quote form, by calling our business line, or by texting us directly, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from San Diego Mobile Screens related to your service request. Messages may include missed-call follow-ups, appointment confirmations, quote details, scheduling updates, and two-way service conversations with your assigned technician.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request. You should expect a small number of messages (typically 2–10) per service inquiry.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates for SMS and data apply to messages sent to and received from our number.
Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these messages, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START.
